What geographical area within Brisbane do you service?

We are based at Spring Hill and work mainly within a 10km radius of the CBD.

How do you guarantee the quality of your work?

All of our tilers are qualified and licenced tradesmen. And we are all perfectionists in ensuring your tiling work is absolutely right. Additionally, all work is guaranteed for six years.

How much does an average tiling job cost?

Every tiling job is different so there is no average cost. Please contact us <link> for a free quote, and we will happily measure your job and provide a fixed quote so you know exactly what to expect. No surprises.

How long can I expect to wait for you to start work after I’ve approved your quote?

It depends on the size and nature of your job and how many other jobs are currently in progress and booked – in some cases we can start right away, while in others we may need you to wait a couple of weeks. However, we do our best to start work as soon as possible and provide you with an estimated start date when we receive your approval of our quote.

How long does the average tiling job take?

Every job is different. When we provide our free quote, we also give an estimate of how long it would take to complete your job.

How many tilers work on my job?

It depends on the size and nature of your job.

Is it a fixed price quote or is the cost subject to change?

Once your design is finalised and your tiles are chosen, your quote is fixed.

What days do you work?

We work Monday to Saturday and have flexible hours so we can work in with times that are convenient for you.

How do you help with design?

We work with you to determine what features are most important within a new design, your finish and colour preferences, then supply samples to discuss. More information on this process is included in the Design page.
